1. Agreement

These terms apply to Daily Desk Studio ("the App"). By using the App you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. YouTube Terms of Service

The App uses the YouTube API Services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy also applies to information handled by Google.

3. What the App does

The App runs on your own computer. It collects public news from RSS feeds, drafts scripts, titles and descriptions with AI, synthesizes narration and renders videos. Everything it generates is a suggestion. A video is uploaded to YouTube only after you review it and press the approve button for that video, and you can edit the title, description, tags, publish time and audience settings before approving. Uploaded videos stay private until the publish time you chose.

4. Your responsibilities

• You use the App only with YouTube channels you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the videos you approve, including their accuracy and their compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable law.
• You disclose altered or synthetic content where YouTube requires it. The App offers this setting on every approval.

5. Revoking access

You can disconnect your channel in the App at any time, or revoke access on the Google security settings page. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and when.

6. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes; review each video before approving it. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
